Refund Policy

Digital goods policy

Due to the nature of downloadable software and source-available code, all sales are final once the License Key has been issued or the software has been installed.

Software compatibility

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their VPS meets the System Requirements (8GB RAM / 4 vCPUs) before purchase. We do not offer refunds for hardware-related performance issues.

Technical support

If the software fails to perform its core function (Google Maps extraction) due to a bug, our team will provide technical support or a “Hot-Patch” update. Refunds are only considered if a major technical defect cannot be resolved within 14 business days.

Proxy failures

We do not offer refunds if your chosen proxy provider is blocked by Google. Stealth is a shared responsibility between the software and your proxy quality.
