Terms of Service
License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, Non-Commercial (NFR) license to install and use Thunder Machine GMS on a single designated server (Hardware ID bound).
Prohibited use
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code for resale. You may not use this software to provide a “Scraping-as-a-Service” platform for third parties.
Automated updates
By using this software, you consent to the Auto-Updater and Selector Sync services, which ping our master server to maintain software functionality.
Termination
We reserve the right to revoke license keys if a violation of these terms is detected (for example, license sharing or unauthorized commercial use).
Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk
By installing and utilizing the Software, you acknowledge and agree that Thunder Machine GMS is provided as a self-hosted technical infrastructure for the collection of publicly available data. You understand that automated data extraction may violate the Terms of Service of third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Maps.
You expressly assume all risks associated with the use of this Software, including, but not limited to, the detection of automated activity, the blacklisting or “banning” of IP addresses, and the suspension or termination of associated accounts. Under no circumstances shall the developers, owners, or distributors of this Software be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, legal disputes, or loss of profits arising from your data collection activities or the imposition of restrictions by third-party platforms.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Software complies with all applicable local, national, and international data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
